  • Member of the management team for a merger project and projects to transform human resources (Business Partner, Shared Service)
  • Experience as in-house consultant and lecturer in management, personnel and communication issues in the luxury goods industry, hospitality, finance and insurance industry, public administration and the non-profit sector
  • Specialist in the areas of change management, employer branding / recruitment, staff retention, international assignments
